Here's the simple version. Your Zestoretic combo (lisinopril plus hydrochlorothiazide) already lowers your blood pressure. Puravive contains a plant compound called quercetin, and one small study found it nudged blood pressure down a little in people with mild hypertension. So in theory, stacking the two could push your numbers a bit lower than expected.

If that happened, you might feel dizzy or lightheaded, especially when standing up fast, along with possible tiredness or a faint feeling. Honestly, the evidence here is weak and the effect is described as minor, so for most people it's nothing dramatic. Still, if you decide to try Puravive, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor and keep an eye on your home blood pressure readings for a couple of weeks.

Lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide tablets — sold as the brand Zestoretic and as the generic combination — are used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of serious cardiovascular events such as stroke and heart attack.
