Hydroflumethiazide (Saluron) is a thiazide-type water pill that lowers blood pressure by helping your body get rid of extra salt and fluid. One ingredient in Puravive, quercetin, has been shown in a small study to bring blood pressure down a little in people with mild hypertension. So when you pair the two, there's a theoretical chance your pressure could drop a bit more than expected.

If that happens, you might notice signs of blood pressure running low, like dizziness, lightheadedness when you stand, or feeling unusually tired. Keep in mind this is a minor, theory-based concern with limited evidence, not something proven to cause trouble. Still, it's worth mentioning to your pharmacist or doctor, and checking your blood pressure at home can give everyone peace of mind.
