Lemborexant falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Uva Ursi interacts with.

Theoretically, uva ursi may decrease the metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro, uva ursi appears to inhibit CYP3A4. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the quick picture on pairing uva ursi with lemborexant (Dayvigo). Your body clears this sleep medicine using a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In lab studies (test tube only, not in actual people), uva ursi seemed to slow that same enzyme down. If that were to happen in you, lemborexant could build up a bit more than expected.

What that might feel like is stronger sedation: more grogginess, next-morning drowsiness, dizziness, or feeling unsteady when you get up. The honest part is that this is theoretical and hasn't been shown in humans, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since both can make you sleepy, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
