Here's the thing to watch for with this combo. The product you asked about contains phenylpropanolamine, which is itself a stimulant-type decongestant that can bump up your blood pressure and heart rate. 1,3-DMBA is also a stimulant. So you'd essentially be stacking two things that push the same direction, and that can add up to too much pressure on your heart and blood vessels.
What might that feel like? Think pounding or racing heartbeat, jitteriness, headache, and spikes in blood pressure. The acetaminophen and chlorpheniramine parts aren't the concern here, the worry is doubling up on the stimulant side. Honestly, 1,3-DMBA is a banned, unproven ingredient I'd steer clear of altogether. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing these.
