Lofepramine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group 1,3-dmba interacts with.

Theoretically, 1,3-DMBA might modestly increase the levels of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that 1,3-DMBA weakly inhibits CYP2D6 enzymes.

Here's the gist for Lofepramine, a tricyclic antidepressant. Your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP2D6 to help break this medicine down. In lab (test tube) studies, 1,3-DMBA appears to weakly slow that same enzyme. In theory, that could let Lofepramine build up a little more than usual, which might nudge up its typical side effects like dry mouth, constipation, drowsiness, blurry vision, or a faster heartbeat.

That said, this is only a minor, theoretical concern based on lab data, not real patient cases, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. The bigger worry is 1,3-DMBA itself, a risky banned stimulant that can strain your heart. Please skip it and check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
