Here's the simple version: dexamfetamine is already a powerful stimulant. It revs up your fight or flight system, which can push up heart rate and blood pressure. 1,3-DMBA appears to do much the same thing. So stacking the two means piling one stimulant on top of another, and that can add up to too much of the same effect.

In real life, that could look like a racing or pounding heart, a jump in blood pressure, jitteriness, chest discomfort, or trouble sleeping. I'll be straight with you though: this concern is mostly theoretical, drawn from animal studies, so we don't have solid human data. On top of that, 1,3-DMBA is an unapproved, banned ingredient that I'd steer clear of anyway. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist before mixing them.
