Here's the thing about pairing these two: mephentermine is itself a stimulant. It's a sympathomimetic, meaning it ramps up that same "fight or flight" system, which can raise blood pressure and bump up your heart rate. 1,3-DMBA is believed to work the same way. So when you stack two stimulants together, their effects can pile on top of each other.

That stacking is the concern here. You could see more pronounced effects like a racing or pounding heart, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, or anxiety, and in a worst case, strain on the heart. I'll be honest, this warning is theoretical and based mostly on animal data, so it isn't proven in people. Still, with 1,3-DMBA being a risky, FDA-flagged ingredient to begin with, I'd steer clear of it and talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything like this.
