Here's the simple version: both 1,3-DMBA and methoxyamphetamine (PMA) are powerful stimulants. When you stack two stimulants together, their effects on the heart and blood vessels tend to add up. That can mean a faster heart rate, higher blood pressure, chest tightness, anxiety, overheating, and in worst cases dangerous heart rhythm problems or stroke. PMA in particular is notorious for causing dangerous spikes in body temperature and heart strain, so adding another stimulant on top is a real concern.

I'll be straight with you: this specific warning comes mostly from animal and lab data, so it's theoretical. But honestly, neither of these is a safe ingredient. 1,3-DMBA isn't an approved supplement, and PMA is a toxic street drug. Please don't combine them, and talk with a pharmacist or doctor if you have questions.

Theoretically, 1,3-DMBA might modestly increase the levels of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that 1,3-DMBA weakly inhibits CYP2D6 enzymes.

Here's the basic idea. Your liver uses an enzyme called CYP2D6 to help clear PMA (methoxyamphetamine) out of your body. Lab studies suggest 1,3-DMBA can weakly block that enzyme. If that enzyme slows down, PMA could linger a bit longer and hit harder than expected.

I want to be honest, though: my bigger concern isn't the enzyme math. Both of these are powerful stimulants. Stacking them could really push up your heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature, and PMA in particular has a dangerous, sometimes deadly reputation. I'd strongly urge you not to combine them, and please talk with a doctor or pharmacist before going near either one.
