Oxycodone, Naloxone falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group 1,3-dmba interacts with.

Theoretically, 1,3-DMBA might modestly increase the levels of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that 1,3-DMBA weakly inhibits CYP2D6 enzymes.

Here's the gist for Targiniq ER (oxycodone with naloxone). One of the liver enzymes that helps process oxycodone is called CYP2D6. Lab tests suggest 1,3-DMBA can weakly slow that enzyme down. In theory, that could let a little more oxycodone linger in your system, which might nudge up effects like drowsiness, dizziness, constipation, or slowed breathing.

That said, this comes only from test-tube research and is rated a minor, possible interaction, so it may not amount to much in real life. My bigger worry honestly is 1,3-DMBA itself. It's a banned, unsafe stimulant with serious heart and stroke risks, and stacking a stimulant with an opioid is a rough combination. Please skip it, and check with your pharmacist or doctor.
