Aspirin, Carisoprodol, Codeine Phosphate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C19 (CYP2C19) SUBSTRATES — the group Lentinan interacts with.

Laboratory research suggests that lentinan might increase the activity of cytochrome P450 2C19 (CYP2C19). So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans. However, watch for a decrease in the levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C19 in patients taking lentinan.
Some drugs metabolized by CYP2C19 include proton pump inhibitors including omeprazole (Prilosec), lansoprazole (Prevacid), and pantoprazole (Protonix); diazepam (Valium); carisoprodol (Soma); nelfinavir (Viracept); and others.

This combination pill has three parts, but the piece that overlaps with lentinan is the carisoprodol (the muscle relaxer, also called Soma). Carisoprodol is handled by a liver enzyme called CYP2C19. In test-tube studies, lentinan seemed to speed that enzyme up. If that happened in real life, your body might clear carisoprodol a little faster, so you could get less muscle-relaxing relief from it.

I want to be honest about how thin this evidence is: it comes only from lab research and has never actually been reported in people. So this is more of a theoretical heads-up than a real worry. The aspirin and codeine parts are not affected by this particular interaction. If you take this medicine and want to try lentinan, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.

Laboratory research suggests that lentinan might increase the activity of cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6). So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans. However, watch for a decrease in the levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 in patients taking lentinan.
Some drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 include tricyclic antidepressants such as imipramine (Tofranil) and amitriptyline (Elavil); antipsychotics such as haloperidol (Haldol), risperidone (Risperdal), and chlorpromazine (Thorazine); beta-blockers such as propranolol (Inderal), metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol XL), and carvedilol (Coreg); tamoxifen (Nolvadex); and others.

This combination pill contains codeine, which is the part to focus on here. Codeine is a prodrug, meaning your body has to convert it into morphine using the liver enzyme called CYP2D6 before it can relieve pain. Early lab research suggests lentinan might speed up CYP2D6 activity. If that turned out to be true in people, your body could convert codeine to morphine faster, which in theory could mean slightly stronger pain relief but also more morphine-type side effects like drowsiness, constipation, or nausea.

Honestly, this is based only on test-tube and animal data and has never been seen in real patients, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. The aspirin and carisoprodol parts aren't really involved. Just mention the lentinan to your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
