Why this applies to Buprenorphine/Naloxone

Buprenorphine/Naloxone falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Lentinan interacts with.

Laboratory research suggests that lentinan might increase the activity of cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4). So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans. However, watch for a decrease in the levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4 in patients taking lentinan.
Some drugs metabolized by CYP3A4 include lovastatin (Mevacor), ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), fexofenadine (Allegra), triazolam (Halcion), and numerous others.

Here's the situation with Suboxone. The buprenorphine part is cleared from your body largely by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Lab research hints that lentinan may speed that enzyme up. If that happened in a person, your body could break buprenorphine down a little faster, which in theory might soften its effect. For someone relying on Suboxone to stay stable, that could mean breakthrough cravings or mild withdrawal feelings (restlessness, achiness, sweating).

The honest part: this is only test-tube and animal data, and it has never been reported in actual patients. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, don't start lentinan without running it by your prescriber or pharmacist first, especially since Suboxone is closely managed.
