Isoniazid, Pyrazinamide, Rifampin falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Ostarine interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use with hepatotoxic drugs might increase the risk of adverse hepatotoxic effects.
Some clinical research shows that ostarine can increase alanine aminotransferase, a marker of liver damage, in some patients. Additionally, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration warns that supplements containing SARMs, such as ostarine, have been associated with reports of liver toxicity and there are at least two reports of drug-induced liver injury attributed to the use of ostarine.

Here's the concern with combining Ostarine and Rifater. This combo tablet packs three tuberculosis medicines (isoniazid, pyrazinamide, and rifampin), and all three are already known to be hard on the liver. Ostarine has its own track record of liver trouble, with reports of raised liver enzymes (like ALT) and even drug-induced liver injury. Stacking these together could add up and raise your risk of liver damage.

Watch for signs like yellowing of your skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, nausea, or feeling unusually tired. This is based on how these drugs behave (theory plus a few real reports) rather than large studies, so it's not a guaranteed problem. Still, please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before mixing them, since the TB treatment is the priority.

Ostarine is partially metabolized by CYP3A4. Clinical research shows that taking rifampin, a potent inducer of CYP3A4, reduces the maximum plasma concentration of ostarine by 23% and the area under the curve by 43%.

Here's the situation with Rifater, which combines isoniazid, pyrazinamide, and rifampin to treat tuberculosis. The rifampin part is a strong inducer, meaning it revs up a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Ostarine is partly broken down by that same enzyme, so speeding it up clears Ostarine out faster. In one study, rifampin dropped Ostarine's blood levels noticeably (peak down about 23% and total exposure down roughly 43%), which would just weaken whatever Ostarine is doing. It does not make your TB medicine less effective.

Honestly, the bigger concern is that Ostarine is an unapproved SARM linked to liver injury, and your TB regimen is already hard on the liver. Stacking the two could raise your risk. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.

Here's the gist for this combo. Rifater is a fixed three-drug pill (isoniazid, pyrazinamide, and rifampin) used to treat tuberculosis. The interaction here works in one direction: the rifampin portion of Rifater is a strong booster of the CYP3A4 enzyme, and that's one of the enzymes your body uses to clear Ostarine. So Rifater doesn't get weaker, but it can make Ostarine break down faster. In one study, rifampin cut Ostarine's blood levels by about 23%, and total exposure dropped roughly 43%. In plain terms, the Ostarine simply wouldn't work as well.

Honestly, the bigger issue is safety. Ostarine is an unapproved SARM tied to liver injury, and isoniazid, pyrazinamide, and rifampin can each stress the liver too. Stacking them is risky. Please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before mixing these.

Theoretically, concomitant use of ostarine with CYP3A4 inhibitors could increase the effects and adverse effects of ostarine, although this is unlikely to be clinically significant.
Ostarine is partially metabolized by CYP3A4. However, clinical research shows that taking itraconazole, a potent inhibitor of CYP3A4, had minimal effects on the levels of ostarine in the body.

Here's the situation with Rifater, which combines isoniazid, pyrazinamide, and rifampin to treat tuberculosis. Part of how your body clears Ostarine relies on an enzyme called CYP3A4. Isoniazid can mildly slow that enzyme down, so in theory Ostarine could build up a bit and its effects (and risks, like liver strain) might increase. The thing is, real-world studies show even a strong CYP3A4 blocker barely nudged Ostarine levels, so this is rated minor and unlikely to cause problems.

What worries me far more is that Ostarine itself is an unapproved SARM linked to liver injury, and these TB medicines (especially isoniazid and pyrazinamide) are already hard on the liver. Stacking them could double up that stress. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining these.
