Ostarine + Moxifloxacin
Moxifloxacin brand name: Avelox.
Ostarine has a moderate interaction with Moxifloxacin. Theoretically, concomitant use with hepatotoxic drugs might increase the risk of adverse hepatotoxic effects.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Moxifloxacin
Moxifloxacin falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Ostarine interacts with.
Some clinical research shows that ostarine can increase alanine aminotransferase, a marker of liver damage, in some patients. Additionally, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration warns that supplements containing SARMs, such as ostarine, have been associated with reports of liver toxicity and there are at least two reports of drug-induced liver injury attributed to the use of ostarine.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the concern with pairing Ostarine and moxifloxacin (Avelox). This isn't about one drug speeding up or slowing down the other. Instead, it's about doubling up on substances that can be tough on your liver. Ostarine, a SARM, has been linked to liver injury, and the FDA has flagged real reports of people developing liver problems while using it. Moxifloxacin, like many antibiotics, can occasionally stress the liver too.
Put them together and you may stack that risk. Watch for signs like yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, unusual tiredness, or nausea. To be fair, this warning is mostly theoretical, based on how each works rather than proven cases of the combo. Still, since Ostarine isn't an approved or recommended product, please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing the two.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Moxifloxacin page
“The supplement list for moxifloxacin (Avelox), a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, deserves genuine care, and the everyday items are the surprising part. About Ostarine
What is Ostarine?
- Muscle building
- Athletic performance
- Fat loss / body recomposition
- Bodybuilding cycles
Ostarine (also called MK-2866 or enobosarm) is an experimental, unapproved drug known as a SARM (selective androgen receptor modulator), not a true dietary supplement. It is not approved by the FDA, is banned in sports, and has been linked to liver injury and other serious harms, so it is not recommended for general use.
About Moxifloxacin
What Is Moxifloxacin Used For?
Brand name: Avelox
Moxifloxacin tablets and intravenous (IV) injection are approved for adults 18 and older to treat bacterial infections including community-acquired pneumonia, uncomplicated and complicated skin infections, complicated abdominal infections, plague, acute bacterial sinusitis, and acute bacterial flare-ups of chronic bronchitis. Note: moxifloxacin should only be used for sinusitis and chronic bronchitis flare-ups when no other antibiotic option is available, due to the risk of serious side effects.
Moxifloxacin ophthalmic solution (eye drops) — including the brand Vigamox — is a separate, topical formulation used only in the eye to treat bacterial conjunctivitis (pink eye) caused by susceptible bacteria. The eye drop form is not used for body-wide infections.
