Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates
Why this applies to Vonoprazan, Amoxicillin
Vonoprazan, Amoxicillin falls under Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates — the group Puravive interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the honest picture with Voquezna Dual Pak (vonoprazan plus amoxicillin) and Puravive. The concern comes from the Panax ginseng in Puravive, which can nudge an enzyme called CYP3A4. Vonoprazan is partly handled by CYP3A4, so in theory ginseng could shift its levels a little, either up or down. The trouble is the research points in both directions, so nobody can say for sure which way it would go here. Amoxicillin is mostly cleared by your kidneys, so it isn't really part of this.
The good news: this is rated a minor, possible interaction based on weak evidence, and this combo is usually a short course for an H. pylori infection. Still, I'd run it past your pharmacist or doctor before adding Puravive, just to be safe.

About Puravive
What is Puravive?
- Weight management
- Metabolism support
- Energy levels
- General wellness
- Stress and brain health
Puravive is a branded, multi-ingredient capsule marketed mainly for weight loss by claiming to boost brown fat activity, but there is no published, independent clinical research showing the product itself works for this purpose. Some individual ingredients have been studied in laboratory or small human studies, but those results do not prove the finished blend is safe or effective. Talk to a pharmacist or doctor before trying it, especially if you have health conditions or take medications.
