Isradipine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Uva Ursi interacts with.

Theoretically, uva ursi may decrease the metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro, uva ursi appears to inhibit CYP3A4. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the short version on combining uva ursi with isradipine. Your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to break isradipine down. In lab dish testing, uva ursi seems to slow that enzyme. If that happened in people, isradipine could clear more slowly and build up, meaning a stronger blood-pressure-lowering effect. That might show up as dizziness, lightheadedness, flushing, headache, swollen ankles, or a faster heartbeat, especially when standing up.

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. It's only been seen in a test tube, never confirmed in actual patients, so it's theoretical. Still, since uva ursi is meant for short-term use only, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining the two.
