Anacaulase-bcdb falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Chanca Piedra interacts with.

Theoretically, chanca piedra might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro research suggests that methyl brevifolincarboxylate, a constituent isolated from chanca piedra, can inhibit platelet aggregation. This effect has not been reported in humans.

NexoBrid (anacaulase-bcdb) is a topical enzyme gel made from bromelain that doctors apply to severe burns to help dissolve and remove dead tissue. Because it's used right on the wound area, it can sometimes lead to local bleeding or oozing during the cleanup process.

Here's the theoretical concern: lab studies hint that one compound in chanca piedra may slow platelets, the cells that help blood clot. On paper, pairing it with something that already nudges bleeding risk could add up. That said, this has only been seen in test tubes, never in real people, so the evidence here is weak. Still, since NexoBrid is used on open burns, it's worth mentioning chanca piedra to the medical team handling your wound care so they can keep an eye on bleeding.
