Nadroparin falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Chanca Piedra interacts with.

Theoretically, chanca piedra might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro research suggests that methyl brevifolincarboxylate, a constituent isolated from chanca piedra, can inhibit platelet aggregation. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Nadroparin (Fraxiparine) is a low molecular weight heparin, a blood thinner you inject to prevent or treat clots. The concern here is simple: it already lowers your blood's ability to clot, and chanca piedra might add to that effect. In a lab dish, one of its compounds slowed platelets from sticking together. Stacked on top of an anticoagulant, the theory is that bleeding risk could go up.

I want to be honest about how weak this evidence is. It comes from test tube studies, not from people, so we truly don't know if it matters in real life. Still, with a blood thinner I'd play it safe. Watch for easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or unusual bleeding, and check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.
