Anisindione (Miradon) is an old-school blood thinner, in the same family as warfarin. It works by slowing down your body's ability to form clots. Cola nut's main active ingredient is caffeine, and in lab studies caffeine has shown some mild ability to keep platelets from clumping together. In theory, stacking that on top of a blood thinner could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.

Here's the honest part: this has never actually been reported in people. It comes only from test-tube and animal research, so it's a weak, theoretical concern. Still, because anisindione is a finicky drug where small shifts matter, I'd mention any caffeine pills or cola nut supplements to your doctor or pharmacist. Watch for easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums.
