Here's the thing to keep in mind: glucagon is an emergency rescue treatment, not a daily diabetes pill. You'd reach for the Baqsimi nasal powder (or injectable glucagon) only when blood sugar drops dangerously low, to push the liver into releasing its stored sugar. In a true low-sugar emergency, the caffeine in cola nut isn't going to stop that rescue from working.

The interaction on file is really about caffeine nudging blood sugar up or down over time, and honestly the evidence is weak and conflicting. It's rated minor and unlikely. So while a stimulant like cola nut can mildly affect your day-to-day glucose control, it shouldn't change how glucagon does its job in a pinch. If you're noticing odd swings in your numbers, mention the cola nut to your pharmacist or doctor.
