Here's the gist: cola nut works mainly through its caffeine, and there's a little theoretical chatter that caffeine might nudge blood sugar one way or the other. The reports are mixed, so this isn't a strong or predictable effect. Cola nut doesn't change how your body handles Steglatro (ertugliflozin) itself, since this drug works in the kidneys to flush extra sugar out in your urine and isn't activated or blocked by caffeine.

What this really means is that a lot of caffeine could, in theory, make your blood sugar readings a touch less steady. If you use cola nut regularly, just keep an eye on your glucose numbers and mention it to your pharmacist or doctor. A cup of coffee-level caffeine is unlikely to cause trouble for most folks.
