Gliclazide is a sulfonylurea, meaning its whole job is to coax your pancreas into releasing more insulin to lower blood sugar. The concern here is really about the caffeine in cola nut. There are mixed reports that caffeine can nudge blood sugar slightly up or slightly down, so in theory it could make your numbers a little less predictable while you're on gliclazide.

Honestly, this is a minor and unlikely interaction, and the evidence behind it is weak. An occasional caffeinated drink isn't likely to throw you off. The bigger thing to watch is gliclazide's main risk on its own, which is low blood sugar (shakiness, sweating, dizziness). If you use cola nut regularly or notice odd readings, just check your glucose more often and mention it to your pharmacist or doctor.
