Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
BETA-ADRENERGIC AGONISTS
Why this applies to Olodaterol Hydrochloride
Olodaterol Hydrochloride falls under BETA-ADRENERGIC AGONISTS — the group Cola Nut interacts with.
Cola nut contains caffeine. Theoretically, concomitant use of large amounts of caffeine might increase the cardiac inotropic effects of beta-agonists.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the simple version. Olodaterol (Striverdi Respimat) is a long-acting inhaler that opens up your airways by gently stimulating the same beta receptors that adrenaline does. Cola nut is basically a caffeine source, and caffeine is its own mild stimulant. Put the two together and the worry is that they could nudge your heart and nervous system in the same direction at the same time.
In practice that might mean a faster or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, shakiness, or feeling a bit wired. I'll be honest with you though, this concern is theoretical, based on how the two work rather than strong studies, and it really only matters with large, concentrated caffeine doses. An occasional cola drink is unlikely to be a problem. If you take a daily cola nut supplement, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Olodaterol Hydrochloride page
“Olodaterol (Striverdi Respimat) is a long-acting inhaled bronchodilator for COPD, and because it stimulates beta receptors in the heart as well as the lungs, its supplement list deserves more than a quick skim. Seven of the 147 interacting ingredients are rated major, and most of those, ephedra among them, can prolong the QT interval,…”

Cola nut is a caffeine-containing seed from West Africa used mainly as a natural stimulant for energy and alertness.
