Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Aspirin
Aspirin falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Cola Nut interacts with.
Cola nut contains caffeine. Caffeine is reported to have antiplatelet activity. This interaction has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been demonstrated in animal or in lab research but has been shown not to occur in humans..
Here's the gist: aspirin already works by making your platelets less sticky, which is how it helps prevent clots but also why it can raise your bleeding risk. The caffeine in cola nut has shown a mild blood-thinning (antiplatelet) effect in lab studies, so on paper, pairing the two could nudge that bleeding risk a little higher.
The important part: this is only a theory based on test-tube and animal research. It has never actually been reported in people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, watch for things like easy bruising, bleeding gums, or a nosebleed that won't quit. If you take aspirin daily and drink a lot of cola nut or caffeine, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aspirin page
“Aspirin thins the blood on purpose, and most of the 242 supplements and herbs on this page push that same effect further, so genuine care is warranted here rather than a shrug. Just over 200 of the entries can add to aspirin's antiplatelet action and raise the odds of bruising or bleeding, particularly in the stomach.”

Cola nut is a caffeine-containing seed from West Africa used mainly as a natural stimulant for energy and alertness. Aspirin Is Linked to Lower Levels of 3 Nutrients
Natural Medicines records Aspirin as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Cola Nut — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
