Amlodipine, Celecoxib falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Lentinan interacts with.

Laboratory research suggests that lentinan might increase the activity of cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4). So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans. However, watch for a decrease in the levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4 in patients taking lentinan.
Some drugs metabolized by CYP3A4 include lovastatin (Mevacor), ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), fexofenadine (Allegra), triazolam (Halcion), and numerous others.

Consensi combines amlodipine (a blood pressure medicine) with celecoxib (an anti-inflammatory for pain). The amlodipine half is mostly handled by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Lentinan, in lab and animal studies only, seems to speed up that enzyme. If that held true in people, your body could clear amlodipine a bit faster, which might soften its blood-pressure-lowering effect and let your numbers creep up.

Here's the honest part: this has never actually been seen in humans, so it's a theoretical concern, not a proven one. Neither drug here is a prodrug, so the direction is simply less effect, not more. If you'd like to add lentinan, check with your pharmacist or doctor first, and keep an eye on your blood pressure readings.
