Aspirin, Aluminum Hydroxide, Codeine Phosphate, Magnesium Hydroxide falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Lentinan interacts with.

Laboratory research suggests that lentinan might increase the activity of cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6). So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans. However, watch for a decrease in the levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 in patients taking lentinan.
Some drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 include tricyclic antidepressants such as imipramine (Tofranil) and amitriptyline (Elavil); antipsychotics such as haloperidol (Haldol), risperidone (Risperdal), and chlorpromazine (Thorazine); beta-blockers such as propranolol (Inderal), metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol XL), and carvedilol (Coreg); tamoxifen (Nolvadex); and others.

This combination product contains codeine, which is the piece that matters here. Codeine is a prodrug, meaning it does nothing for pain until your liver's CYP2D6 enzyme converts it into morphine. Lab research hints that lentinan may speed up CYP2D6. If that happened in people, codeine could be turned into morphine faster, which in theory could mean stronger effects like extra drowsiness, constipation, or slowed breathing.

Honestly, though, this is only seen in test-tube and animal studies, never reported in real patients, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. The aspirin, aluminum hydroxide, and magnesium hydroxide parts aren't affected. If you take both regularly, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor first.
