Theoretically, red clover might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP1A2; however, a small clinical study found no effect.
In vitro evidence shows that red clover inhibits CYP1A2. However, a clinical study in healthy postmenopausal individuals shows that taking red clover capsules standardized to contain 60 mg isoflavones twice daily for 14 days does not affect the pharmacokinetics of caffeine, a CYP1A2 probe substrate.

Red Clover Overview
Red clover (Trifolium pratense) is a perennial plant that is native to Europe and Asia, but is also found in many parts of the world, including North America.
Red clover has a long history of use in traditional medicine and is believed to have a number of potential health benefits. It is a rich source of isoflavones, which are thought to have estrogen-like effects and is therefore often marketed for women's health. It has been used to treat hot flashes and other menopause symptoms as well as cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol, and osteoporosis.
Chlordiazepoxide, Clidinium Bromide Overview

The combination of chlordiazepoxide and clidinium is used along with other medications to treat peptic ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS; a condition that causes stomach pain, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea), and enterocolitis (swelling in the intestines). Chlordiazepoxide is in a class of medications called benzodiazepines. It works by decreasing abnormal electrical activity in the brain. Clidinium is in a class of medications called anticholinergics. It helps to decrease stomach spasms and cramps.
