Albiglutide falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Tiratricol interacts with.

Theoretically, tiratricol might interfere with blood glucose control.
Tiratricol is related to thyroid hormones, such as levothyroxine, which can interfere with blood glucose control and necessitate adjustment of diabetes drug therapy. It is not known if tiratricol has these effects.

Here's the situation with Tiratricol and your albiglutide (Tanzeum). Albiglutide isn't a prodrug, and Tiratricol doesn't change how your body breaks it down. Instead, the concern is more indirect. Tiratricol acts like a strong thyroid hormone, and thyroid hormones can nudge your blood sugar upward. If that happened, your albiglutide might not control your sugar as well as it used to, even at the same dose.

I want to be honest though: this is a theoretical concern based on how these substances behave, not something proven for Tiratricol specifically. The bigger issue is that Tiratricol itself is unsafe and the FDA has warned against it because it can strain your heart and thyroid. Please don't use it, and talk with your pharmacist or doctor before adding any supplement to your diabetes plan.
