Here's where I have to be honest with you. Our interaction file pairs Tiratricol with thyroid hormone medications, where the worry is an additive thyroid effect. But HCG (Pregnyl) is not a thyroid drug at all. It's a hormone used for things like triggering ovulation in fertility treatment or boosting testosterone in men, and it works on completely different receptors. So this particular thyroid-on-thyroid interaction doesn't really apply to HCG.

That said, please don't take Tiratricol regardless. It's an illegal, FDA-warned ingredient that can spike your heart rate and strain your heart. The real concern is Tiratricol itself, not a clash with HCG. Before combining anything, check with your pharmacist or doctor so they can look at your full picture.
