Streptokinase falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Tiratricol interacts with.

Theoretically, tiratricol might increase the hypoprothrombinemic effects of oral anticoagulants.
Tiratricol is related to thyroid hormones such as levothyroxine. The hypoprothrombinemic effects of oral anticoagulants, including warfarin (Coumadin), are increased by levothyroxine due to increased catabolism of vitamin K-dependent clotting factors. It is not known if tiratricol has a similar effect.

Streptokinase is a clot-busting drug (a thrombolytic) given in the hospital for serious situations like a heart attack or a large blood clot. Its whole job is to break up clots, so anything that thins the blood further can add to the bleeding risk. The concern here is theoretical: tiratricol acts like a thyroid hormone, and thyroid hormones can speed up the breakdown of vitamin K-dependent clotting factors, which may make blood-thinning effects stronger.

So in plain terms, pairing tiratricol with a powerful agent like streptokinase could tip the scales toward more bleeding, such as bruising, oozing, or more serious internal bleeding. This is only suspected, not proven, for tiratricol. Honestly though, tiratricol is an unsafe, FDA-warned ingredient you should avoid entirely. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything with streptokinase.
