Aspirin, Oxycodone falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Chanca Piedra interacts with.

Theoretically, chanca piedra might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro research suggests that methyl brevifolincarboxylate, a constituent isolated from chanca piedra, can inhibit platelet aggregation. This effect has not been reported in humans.

The combo pill Percodan contains aspirin plus oxycodone. The piece that matters here is the aspirin, which already thins your blood a bit by keeping platelets from clumping together. In lab dish studies, one compound found in chanca piedra also seemed to slow platelet clumping. So in theory, pairing the two could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.

I want to be straight with you: this is a theoretical concern based only on test-tube work, not something seen in real people. Still, watch for easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or stomach upset, since aspirin can irritate the stomach. Before starting chanca piedra, check with your pharmacist or doctor so they can weigh it for your situation.
