Theoretically, coffee may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Coffee contains caffeine. Caffeine is reported to have antiplatelet activity. Theoretically, the caffeine in coffee might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with these agents. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans. There is some evidence that caffeinated coffee might increase the fibrinolytic activity in blood.

Here's the gist with ketoprofen and your morning cup. Ketoprofen is an NSAID, and like other drugs in that family it can already make your blood a little slower to clot, which is part of why NSAIDs can irritate the stomach and raise bleeding risk. Coffee's caffeine has shown some mild blood-thinning, anti-clotting activity in lab studies, so in theory the two together could nudge bleeding risk a touch higher.

I want to be honest about the evidence here: this comes from test-tube and animal work, and it has not actually been reported in people. For most folks, a normal coffee habit isn't going to be the thing that causes a problem. Still, watch for warning signs like unusual bruising, black or tarry stools, stomach pain, or bleeding that won't stop, and check with your pharmacist or doctor if you notice them.

What Is Ketoprofen Used For?

Brand names: Orudis, Oruvail Gel, Powergel, Oruvail Injection

Ketoprofen capsules (including the brand Orudis) are used to manage the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, to treat pain, and to treat primary dysmenorrhea (painful menstrual periods).

Ketoprofen extended-release capsules are approved for rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis only. Because of the way they slowly release the drug, ketoprofen extended-release capsules are not recommended for treating acute (sudden) pain.
