This combo pill already contains aspirin, which thins your blood a bit by making platelets less sticky. Cola nut is basically a caffeine source, and caffeine has been shown in lab studies to also have a mild blood-thinning, anti-platelet effect. Put together, the theory is that they could slightly add to each other and nudge up your bleeding risk.

I want to be honest about how shaky this is: it comes from test-tube and animal work only, and it has not actually been seen in people. So I wouldn't lose sleep over a normal cola nut drink. Still, if you notice easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums, or you take large supplement doses, check in with your pharmacist or doctor first.
