Here's the concern with pairing ephedra and danicopan (Voydeya). Danicopan is a newer add-on medicine used for a rare blood condition called PNH, and it can put some stress on the liver. Ephedra has been tied to many reports of liver injury over the years. So the worry is simply an additive one: two things that can each tax the liver, working on it at the same time.

I want to be honest that this is a theoretical interaction based on how these substances behave, not proven cases of the two together. Still, ephedra is banned in U.S. supplements for good reason and I wouldn't recommend it regardless. Watch for signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining anything with danicopan.
