Here's the concern with pairing these two. Elranatamab (Elrexfio) is an injectable antibody treatment for multiple myeloma, and one of the side effects doctors watch for is stress on the liver, showing up as raised liver enzymes on your bloodwork. Ephedra has its own history of causing liver injury. Put them together and, in theory, you could be adding one liver stress on top of another.

I want to be honest that this is a theoretical worry based on how each acts, not on studies of the two used together. That said, ephedra is banned in U.S. supplements and carries serious heart and stroke risks on its own, so I wouldn't use it regardless. Please talk with your oncology team or pharmacist before taking any supplement while on Elrexfio.
