Here's the concern with pairing ephedra and ripretinib (Qinlock): both can be hard on your liver. Ripretinib is a cancer medicine that can raise liver enzymes and, less often, cause more serious liver injury. Ephedra-containing products have their own history of liver toxicity. Stacking two things that stress the liver could, in theory, add up to more harm than either alone.

I want to be honest that this is a theoretical worry based on how each acts, not proven cases of the two together. Still, ephedra is banned in U.S. supplements and isn't something I'd recommend at all, especially with ephedra's heart and blood pressure effects layered on top. Please loop in your oncology team or pharmacist before using any ephedra product.
