Hydrocodone Bitartrate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Hordenine interacts with.

Hordenine weakly inhibits cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) enzymes in vitro. Theoretically, hordenine might increase the levels of CYP2D6 substrates.
Some of drugs that are CYP2D6 substrates include amitriptyline (Elavil), clozapine (Clozaril), codeine, desipramine (Norpramin), donepezil (Aricept), fentanyl (Duragesic), flecainide (Tambocor), fluoxetine (Prozac), meperidine (Demerol), methadone (Dolophine), metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol XL), olanzapine (Zyprexa), ondansetron (Zofran), tramadol (Ultram), trazodone (Desyrel), and others.

Here's something worth knowing about this pair. Your body uses an enzyme called CYP2D6 to turn hydrocodone into hydromorphone, which is the more potent painkiller your brain actually responds to. Interestingly, hordenine appears to weakly block that same enzyme, at least in lab dish studies. In theory, that could mean a bit less of the active, stronger compound forms, so your pain relief might feel slightly weaker.

The honest truth is this is based only on test-tube data, the effect is rated minor, and hordenine is a poorly studied supplement to begin with. I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but since hydrocodone is a serious opioid, please run this combo by your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.
