Tisotumab Vedotin-Tftv falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Lentinan interacts with.

Laboratory research suggests that lentinan might increase the activity of cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4). So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans. However, watch for a decrease in the levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4 in patients taking lentinan.
Some drugs metabolized by CYP3A4 include lovastatin (Mevacor), ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), fexofenadine (Allegra), triazolam (Halcion), and numerous others.

Here's the short version: lab studies hint that lentinan from shiitake mushrooms might speed up CYP3A4, one of the liver's main drug-processing enzymes. Part of Tivdak (the small chemotherapy payload released from the antibody) is handled by CYP3A4, so in theory revving up that enzyme could clear it a bit faster and slightly soften how well it works.

I want to be honest about how thin this evidence is. It comes from test tube and animal research, and nothing like it has actually been seen in people. With a serious cancer treatment like this, though, you don't want any guesswork. Please loop in your oncology team or pharmacist before adding lentinan, and let them make the call.
