Cevimeline falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Rauvolfia Vomitoria interacts with.

Theoretically, Rauvolfia vomitoria might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2D6 substrates.
Rauvolfia vomitoria contains small amounts of the drug yohimbine. In vitro research shows that yohimbine inhibits CYP2D6 enzyme activity.

Here's the gist for Cevimeline (Evoxac): your body clears it partly through a liver enzyme called CYP2D6. Rauvolfia vomitoria contains a small amount of yohimbine, and lab studies suggest yohimbine can slow that same enzyme down. If CYP2D6 is blocked, cevimeline could clear more slowly and build up a bit, which may mean stronger cholinergic effects. With cevimeline that could look like extra sweating, nausea, stomach cramping, a runny nose, more frequent urination, or feeling flushed.

I want to be honest about how strong this evidence is: it's theoretical, based only on test-tube work, not real patient data. That said, Rauvolfia is a potent plant in its own right. Please run this combination by your pharmacist or doctor before mixing the two.
