Aluminum Hydroxide, Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Magnesium Hydroxide falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group 1,3-dmba interacts with.

Theoretically, 1,3-DMBA might modestly increase the levels of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that 1,3-DMBA weakly inhibits CYP2D6 enzymes.

Here's the part that matters in this combo product: the codeine. Codeine is a prodrug, which means your body has to convert it into morphine (using the CYP2D6 enzyme) before it relieves pain. Lab studies suggest 1,3-DMBA weakly blocks that same enzyme. So in theory, less codeine would turn into morphine, and you might get less pain relief than expected.

Honestly, this is a minor, theory-only concern based on test-tube research, not real patients, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. My bigger worry is 1,3-DMBA itself, which is a banned, unsafe stimulant tied to heart and stroke risks. Please skip products with it and check with your pharmacist or doctor.
