ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Methocarbamol
Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Methocarbamol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Cola Nut interacts with.
Cola nut contains caffeine. Caffeine is reported to have antiplatelet activity. This interaction has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been demonstrated in animal or in lab research but has been shown not to occur in humans..
Here's the gist with Robaxisal C, which combines aspirin, codeine, and the muscle relaxant methocarbamol. The piece that matters for cola nut is the aspirin, since aspirin already thins the blood by making platelets less sticky. Cola nut's caffeine has shown a mild blood-thinning effect too, but only in lab dishes, never in actual people. So in theory, stacking the two could nudge your bleeding risk up a bit, meaning easier bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach upset.
Honestly, this is a weak, mostly theoretical concern, and everyday cola or coffee amounts are very unlikely to cause trouble. Still, if you take this combo regularly or use concentrated cola nut supplements, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Methocarbamol page
“Alcohol is the single riskiest thing to combine with Robaxisal C (aspirin, codeine phosphate, and methocarbamol). Beer and wine both carry major ratings backed by solid human evidence, because codeine and methocarbamol already slow breathing and reflexes, and alcohol deepens that sedation.”
