Your medicine combines aspirin with hydrocodone. Aspirin is the piece that matters here, because it works as a blood thinner by making your platelets less sticky. Cola nut's caffeine has been shown, mostly in lab and test-tube studies, to have a mild platelet-slowing effect of its own. So in theory, stacking the two could add up and make bleeding or bruising a bit more likely.

I want to be honest about how weak this is: it has never actually been reported in real people, and ordinary amounts of caffeine are unlikely to cause trouble. Still, watch for things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums. If you take cola nut regularly or notice any of that, check in with your pharmacist or doctor first.
