Here's the simple version: your medication (Micomp PB) already contains caffeine as one of its ingredients, and cola nut is basically a natural source of caffeine too. So adding cola nut is like stacking caffeine on top of caffeine. That can push up the stimulant side effects you might already feel from this combo pill, things like a racing or pounding heart, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, nervousness, and a mild bump in blood pressure.

This concern is based mostly on expert opinion rather than hard studies, so think of it as a sensible caution, not an emergency. The ergotamine piece also matters for blood vessels, so before you mix in cola nut or other caffeine sources, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor.

Here's the simple version: your medication (Micomp PB) already includes caffeine on purpose, and it also contains pentobarbital, a barbiturate that has a calming, sedating effect. Cola nut is basically another source of caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant, so piling more on top can work against the relaxing, drowsy side of the pentobarbital. In plain terms, the cola nut might blunt some of the medicine's calming action, and the extra caffeine could leave you feeling jittery, restless, with a faster heartbeat or trouble sleeping.

This is mostly a theoretical concern based on limited evidence, so don't panic. Still, since you'd be stacking caffeine on caffeine, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
