Here's the concern with pairing ephedra with anidulafungin (Eraxis). Anidulafungin is an antifungal given through the vein, usually in a hospital, to treat serious yeast infections. On its own it can sometimes irritate the liver, showing up as raised liver enzymes on bloodwork. Ephedra-containing products have also been tied to real cases of liver injury.

So the worry is simply that two things that can each stress the liver might add up. Honestly, this is a theoretical caution based on how these act, not proven harm from the combination. The bigger issue is that ephedra is banned and unsafe overall. I'd skip it and tell your care team about any supplements so they can watch your liver labs.
