Let me be straight with you: this is a dangerous pairing. Both ephedra and MDMA (ecstasy) are powerful stimulants that rev up your fight or flight system. They each push your heart rate and blood pressure up, and stacking them together can stack those effects on top of each other.

When you combine two stimulants like this, the real worry is your heart and blood vessels. We're talking dangerously high blood pressure, a racing or irregular heartbeat, chest pain, overheating, and in the worst cases stroke or heart problems. Ephedra alone has been linked to serious harm and death, and ecstasy is an illegal street drug with unpredictable purity. The honest advice is to avoid both. If you have questions about your heart health or safer options, please talk with your pharmacist or doctor.
