Mesoridazine Besylate falls under QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS — the group Ephedra interacts with.

Theoretically, ephedra might have an additive effect with drugs that prolong the QT interval.
Even in healthy volunteers, EKG changes including prolonged QT interval and premature atrial contractions have been reported with ingestion of recommended doses of ephedra. Ephedra may have an additive effect with drugs that prolong the QT interval. This may increase the risk of ventricular arrhythmias.

Here's the concern with pairing these two. Mesoridazine (Serentil) is one of the antipsychotics most strongly associated with lengthening the QT interval, which is the heart's electrical recovery time. Ephedra's stimulants (ephedrine and pseudoephedrine) can rev up the heart and, on their own, have been shown to stretch the QT interval and trigger extra heartbeats, even in healthy people at normal doses.

Stack them together and the effect can add up, raising the risk of a dangerous, irregular heart rhythm. Symptoms to watch for include a racing or pounding heartbeat, dizziness, or fainting. Ephedra is banned in U.S. supplements for good reason, and mesoridazine is a high-risk drug for this. Please don't combine them, and talk to your pharmacist or doctor about safer choices.
