Omeprazole, Sodium Bicarbonate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Moringa interacts with.

Theoretically, moringa might increase or decrease levels of CYP3A4 substrates.
Some in vitro research suggests that moringa inhibits cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4). However, other in vitro research suggests that moringa extract induces CYP3A4 enzymes. A pharmacokinetic study in patients with HIV shows no change in the pharmacokinetics of nevirapine, which is partially metabolized by CYP3A4, when administered concomitantly with moringa leaf powder 1.85 grams daily for 14 days.

Here's the honest picture for your omeprazole and sodium bicarbonate combo. Omeprazole is mostly handled by a liver enzyme called CYP2C19, with CYP3A4 playing a smaller, backup role. The concern on file is that moringa might tweak CYP3A4 in the lab, but the research is mixed (some studies say it blocks the enzyme, others say it speeds it up), and this is only test-tube and animal data, not real-world proof.

In practice, any effect on your omeprazole would likely be small. A human study with a similar CYP3A4 drug showed no meaningful change. Food amounts of moringa are very unlikely to matter. If you take concentrated supplement doses, just check with your pharmacist or doctor to be safe.
