Aspirin, Hydrocodone falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Tiratricol interacts with.

Theoretically, tiratricol might increase the hypoprothrombinemic effects of oral anticoagulants.
Tiratricol is related to thyroid hormones such as levothyroxine. The hypoprothrombinemic effects of oral anticoagulants, including warfarin (Coumadin), are increased by levothyroxine due to increased catabolism of vitamin K-dependent clotting factors. It is not known if tiratricol has a similar effect.

Here's the short version for your aspirin and hydrocodone combo product. The concern on file is that tiratricol, which acts a lot like thyroid hormone, may boost the blood-thinning side of medicines that affect clotting. Aspirin is one of those, since it makes platelets less sticky. Thyroid-type hormones can speed up the breakdown of clotting factors, so in theory, pairing them could nudge you toward easier bruising or bleeding, like nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a cut that's slow to stop.

I'll be straight with you though: this is a theoretical link based on pharmacology, not proven for tiratricol. And honestly, tiratricol itself is something the FDA warns against using at all. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing these.
