Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- Directions: For adults, take both Herbal Formula and Fiber Formula together. Start with one (1) tablet of each in the morning and one (1) tablet of each in the evening. Take this product with at least 8 ounces of water or other fluid. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause choking. Do not take immediately before going to bed. Increase intake of both products by one (1) tablet each morning and evening until desired results are achieved. Do not exceed twelve (12) tablets of either product daily. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
