Glucose falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Chanca Piedra interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use with antidiabetes drugs might affect glucose control and increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
Animal research suggests that chanca piedra can have hypoglycemic effects. However, a small clinical study in adults with diabetes shows that chanca piedra extract 25 grams orally daily for 1 week does not lower fasting or postprandial blood glucose levels.

Here's the simple version. Chanca piedra has been looked at as something that might nudge blood sugar a little lower. Glucose, on the other hand, is plain sugar that's given to raise blood sugar, whether you're treating a low or getting it through an IV. So in theory, if the herb has any sugar-lowering effect, it could work slightly against what the glucose is trying to do.

Honestly, this is a very weak, mostly theoretical concern. Animal studies hinted at a sugar-lowering effect, but a small human study using 25 grams daily for a week didn't actually lower blood sugar. If you're using glucose to correct a low or for medical reasons, just mention the herb to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on your numbers.
