Theoretically, concomitant use of chanca piedra with diuretics might increase diuresis.
Some preliminary clinical research in adults with hypertension shows that chanca piedra has diuretic properties. However, higher quality research in adults with kidney stones shows taking chanca piedra does not increase urine volume when compared with placebo. Until more is known, use cautiously in patients taking diuretic drugs.

Here's the situation with Timolide. This combo pill pairs hydrochlorothiazide, a water pill, with timolol, a beta-blocker. Chanca piedra has a traditional reputation as a 'stone breaker,' and a little early research hints it might have a mild water-pill effect of its own. The worry on file is purely theoretical: stacking a possible natural diuretic on top of your hydrochlorothiazide could add up and push you toward too much fluid loss.

In real life that might look like dizziness, lightheadedness when you stand, feeling unusually thirsty or tired, or muscle cramps from low potassium or sodium. Honestly, the stronger study showed chanca piedra didn't increase urine output, so this is a maybe, not a sure thing. Still, check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and don't change your Timolide on your own.

Theoretically, concomitant use of chanca piedra with antihypertensive drugs might have additive blood pressure lowering effects.
Animal research suggests that chanca piedra can decrease blood pressure. However, this effect was not observed in most hypertensive patients treated with chanca piedra for 10 days.

Your Timolide combines two blood pressure lowering medicines: hydrochlorothiazide (a water pill) and timolol (a beta blocker). The thought here is pretty simple. Since chanca piedra may nudge blood pressure down a little on its own, taking it alongside Timolide could, in theory, add to that effect and push your numbers lower than expected.

I want to keep this in perspective, though. This concern comes only from lab and animal work, and a small human study didn't actually see a meaningful drop over 10 days. So the real risk looks low. Still, if you decide to use it, just keep an eye out for things like dizziness, lightheadedness, or feeling faint when you stand up. Check your blood pressure at home if you can, and run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
